I've got a lot of stuff going on right now so instead of pigging out, I am going to remind myself all the reasons I want to lose weight.

1. health
2. appearance
3. to feel better
4. I won't get winded tying my shoes
5. to wear prettier clothes
6. live longer
7. apply for Survivor
8. ???

That's all I can think of for now. Feel free to post any reasons you have for losing weight.

In October of 2007 I was heavier than I wanted to be. By February I had lost 30 pounds. I feel great. Clothes fit me differently. I have more stamina.

I chat on several message boards about weight loss. If you're looking for a group that is very supportive, come on over and join us.
